All payments made online must be made at least two business days prior to your service date, pickup date, or due date to avoid suspension of service and late fees.
Any payments made after two business days prior to service, please call (269) 489-2416 to make payment over the phone.
Note for Residential Customers
For our residential customers, partial payment is accepted. However, if you pay less than the total amount owed, it is your responsibility to call into the office and let us know. There will be no guarantee of service if you do not notify the next date you can make payment for the balance. There will be a minimum of $10 per partial payment charge applied.
Note for Commercial Customers
For our commercial customers, balance MUST be paid in full to avoid service suspension.
